The early 400's and the late Super M's were same but later 400's used dipsticks and had a smaller 1 inch diamiter wist pin just like the 450's, and the H and early (I'm thinking) Super H are similar but later Super H's and 300's, and 350's are different. Re: Farmall H snowblower I have a 40 hp kubota with a single auger 2 stage blower 66"wide does a great job in 2 feet of snow. Live pto is the way to go. also has 8spd fwd and reverse. Most snowblowers are rated by hp but the problem comes when you need the width to cover the wheels.The wider you go the more hp you need hope this helps you. Joe
