The screen constantly goes black and freezes, I can’t control any settings (climate, seat heat, etc). The dealer gives the same answer that you were given - “Ram is aware”. Uconnect had a procedure that supposed to make the radio reboot itself but it did not work for me. 1.put ignition in accessory. 2. Hold voice command phone buttons down for 30 secs. 3.
