Here's an old thread on it: 4WD! Then when I turn the headlights on the parking lights flash several time along with the radio and heater/ac controls. No real info for you, but I wanted to let you know I've had the same thing on a non-lifted stock Jeep. The first two times it happened I just applied some forward pressure on the transfer case lever and the light stopped flickering. Warning light flashes. Even when I leave the car for hours the first use of the 4 wheel drive button caused the light to flash.

When this happens the front turn signal blinks twice as fast and the rear does not work at all. When the blink rate is normal the rear signal works properly.
