The EXC is street legal in all 50 states. The 450 EXC was launched in 2003. It was an evolution from an earlier model, the 400 EXC. My buddy owned a 2020 KTM 500 XCF-W. It still had the O2 sensor and I believe the intake reeds. These 2023 450's don't have either.
