There is a barrier in the Fane. At the end of a hallway. I have cleared the entire Fane area, including the abyss, but the barrier is still up. I have spent about 2 hours running around … I found the Baphomet Fane just fine. Can't find the key in the Abyss or the one by the Deskari cultist. I can't even find loot from a Deskari cultist.
