No matter what inclination you have there is no true tank class and enemies will continue to just thrash about attacking anything willy nilly. The Knowledge Chair will usually allow you to switch the secondary and tertiary inclinations. Keep in mind that there are nine inclinations in the pawn AI tables, and the first three are the strongest in the pawn's 'personality'. There are traces of the fourth, but it's very small. I don't recommend using the Neutralizing Elixir.
