Basically I removed the old fuel tank, cut out the rear frame crossmember and welded in new braces to support the blazer tank, cut out both upper mounts on the frame and lower shock mounts on the axle, moved rear brake line mount in front of the axle, bought new leaf spring plates which also have shock mounts on them. Try checking the AutoZone repair manuals for a 2003 S10. They often have EVAP schematics. If you can't find it there you'll have to find a 2003 S10 Factory Service Manual.
