Why is madden taking out my starters.

I appreciate the tips/comments. I tried those things but it didn't really change. I'm playing as the Commanders. After one defensive snap with all of my starters intact, the next play Chase Youg, Jonathan Allen, and Montez Sweat are all subbed out with my starting LOLB as LE, my backup ROLB as RE, and backup DT as DT. I'm trying to play Madden 24 on a PC in the EA app, and when I try to play the game it loads the splash screen (anticheat I think- with a picture of Josh Allen on it), then the splash screen loads and goes away then nothing happens. On the app it says i'm still playing the game even though the game doesn't come up on the screen.Summarize your bug Every time I play a game my starters immediately sub out and can't come back in the game.
