my kia often will crank but not fire if i keep trying it will eventually fire. I got a code once for crankshaft position sensor. I took it to a shop they had it not start once and mentioned the same code but wanted to have it happen again with tools hooked up to it. They had the car for almost a week and it never failed to start.
